Hyatt Regency Danang Residences

Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa  is a project invested by Gaw NP Capital, a joint venture between Gaw Capital Partners and NP Capital.

The Resort is being managed by Hyatt International–SEA Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of Hyatt International Corporation, and branded as a Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. The Hyatt Regency brand is an internationally recognized brand with a global reservation system. Hyatt has 750 hotels and resorts worldwide, approximately 50 of which are located throughout Asia.

The Resort was designed by an accomplished team of international designers led by RMJM, a highly esteemed global architecture firm, in collaboration with Australia-based interior designer Diana Simpson Design and landscape architect Site Concepts International (SCI).

The interior design of the Resort is being realized by Diana Simpson, a Sydney-based interior designer whose firm specializes in international luxury hotels and resorts. With over 28 years experience in high-end hospitality design, Diana takes a unique approach to each project, finding inspiration in traditional and indigenous materials and reinterpreting them in new and unexpected ways to achieve timeless and rooted yet contemporary interiors.

The landscape is being designed by Site Concepts International (SCI), a landscape design service provider throughout Asia with active projects in 8 countries.
