Hyatt Regency Danang Residences

The Indochina group, being the current owner and developer of the residences, is solely responsible for the development, marketing and sale of Hyatt Regency Danang Residences. The residences are not owned, developed or sold by Hyatt International Corporation or any of its affiliates ("HIC"). There exists no joint venture, partnership, ownership or similar relationship between the Indochina group and HIC. HIC is only the appointed manager of the residences, and the usage of the name "Hyatt Regency" or other "Hyatt" trademarks is strictly governed by certain agreements between the Indochina group and HIC.
